Sure, you don’t believe me, check the records.
I fix drinks. Entertain the customers.
No, not that. I’m not one of them.
(Sniffs). Almost two years.
(Pause). Twenty-two. And a half.
Working. At the bar. That’s what I do (sniffs). Fix drinks and chat. Not the busiest of … that’s the one. Ten til ten, jazz all night.
Trouble? Could put it that way. Understatement.
